Many teens are sleep-deprived which causes them to skip breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
It is said that as many as 20 to 30 percent of teens completely give up the morning meal. This is a real problem as study after study shows that students who eat breakfast function better. A healthy morning meal will improve their behavior, enhance their memory and they'll perform better at school! Skipping meals and sugary cereals should never be an option!
