At TBG, we want to advance their learning about how to reflect on their experiences, connect with those who share their professional interests, and take the next step in their career journey. We partner with young people to help them identify the intersection of their strengths, interests, and values, and to use curiosity to explore organizations and roles that will be a good match for their goals. We practice communication skills with them so that they are confident in presenting themselves authentically and professionally. For most people, early jobs are part of an evolving and iterative process; our goal is to help them learn how to navigate both the planning ahead and the unexpected surprises along the way.
